Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training, originally designed to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.


Led by Dr. Michael Krasner and Dr. Patricia Luck of URMC, who combined have over 40 years of experience with thousands of participants.
